Collect two or three paper punches of different designs like – circle, heart and diamond are right choices.
A scissor to cut the paper and glue.
Good quality images of the child.

Procedure

Use a scissor to craft zigzag border on card stock. Do not trim off a lot and try to cut ¼ inch only.
Make use of paper punches to craft perforate border upon front side of the weight paper.
Use a scissor to trim off six to ten heart shapes from non-fraying fabric. The diameter of these shapes should be of one inch but big enough to clench a trimmed image of the child.
Now, fold the card stock or paper in half diagonally or crosswise to create a card size 5 ½ x 8 ½ inches and paste the large heart with the glue on front side of card at center. Glue other smaller hearts on the front part of card in random pattern to make it attractive.
Now, write down the relevant information of baby’s birth in the card and put it into the envelope.
