Make use of paper punches to craft perforate border upon front side of the weight paper.
Use a scissor to trim off six to ten heart shapes from non-fraying fabric. The diameter of these shapes should be of one inch but big enough to clench a trimmed image of the child.
Now, fold the card stock or paper in half diagonally or crosswise to create a card size 5 ½ x 8 ½ inches and paste the large heart with the glue on front side of card at center. Glue other smaller hearts on the front part of card in random pattern to make it attractive.
